Applied Systems User Group Order Program
Our unique User Group Order program gives Applied Systems users, like your agency, the opportunity to cut your costs and save significantly on forms, checks and envelopes. Your personalized order is grouped with many other Applied Systems users’ orders to provide tremendous manufacturing cost savings, which we pass on to everyone.

User group orders are taken twice yearly – for November/December and May/June delivery.

We are currently taking user group orders for November/December delivery.  Your order must be returned by November 30th to be included in the group.


How to Place Your Order
Click on the button below to view/print the User Group Order Form from within your browser. When it opens, you can also save it to your computer for off-line viewing/printing. Then, complete the form and fax or mail it to us.
